Panorama Narrative

I woke up this morning and you know that feeling right when you wake up, for a split second your mind is just blank and you just forget everything; problems, worries etc. Well I woke up then I realized I was somewhere else I was just in a hotel room but I still do not remember anything. I could smell some breakfast food and then I heard someone knock on the door and yell "room service!" I knew that was not for me because I did not order anything. So I went out into the balcony and the view was gorgeous the sun was rising behind these tall loquacious green mountains.It was a blazing deep orange with a hint yellow towards the blazing fire and pink up towards the fluffy clouds. I was towards the edge of town it looked like but then as I was walking out of the hotel I could see the water and across the flowing water I could see some palm trees in the distance and a beach.

I decided it was time for an adventure and everywhere I went no one was there until I came across the mysterious beautiful island across my hotel room. I found a guy walking in the rough sand towards the beach. I asked him if he knew where we were and he said "You are in paradise." I thought he was joking so I laughed but he was actually very serious with a stone cold look on his face. I decided to sit and talk to him on the beach. While we were sitting there I could hear the waves crashing on the shore and seagulls flying around us.

It was the most peace I have ever felt in my whole life. It was so calm I could fall a sleep. Of course I did fall asleep on the soft sand while listening to he flowing water. I was in the deepest sleep of my life. But then I heard some one yelling. " Get up! Get up!" I woke up so refreshed but then once she told me I need to go to school that feeling just went away and was replaced with sadness and anger a little bit. It was the start of the first day of High School and thats whole different adventure itself.

I really liked the panorama project. I thought it was cool that we could use our own photos to make one big picture. I used many masks and I used the clone stamp tool to blend the images together better. The pictures I used were from a trip to Hawaii and some from Florida. I feel like I did a good blend of mixing both of those memories together.

Graphic Design Final

My Favorite Projects Typography Graphic My 3rd favorite project was the typography projects. We found some of our favorite quotes that were meaningful to us and then made a graphic design out of it. The project took about 2 weeks. Some challenges I faced were just trying to find the right color schemes for each of my graphics. Some new skills I learned were how to use different types of pens to create different styles of strokes and textures. I took feedback on my color schemes. I changed the style of the spider because it did not work well when I filled it in with color. House Project

The Project So for this project we used sketchup and we had to make a model of a house we found on houseplans.com. This let us learn sketchup more and how to use different techiques in sketchup. The Process First we had to find a house then we had to look at the measurements of the house. I first just made a big block then I shaped it to look like my house. Then once I just got the shape of my house I added a porch and stairs. Then I started adding windows, doors and stuff like that. Then finally I looked back at my house and just tried to compared them and I added extra details that I forgot to do. Then after that I made an animation of giving a tour of my house.  I used this texture for my porch I used this texture for my house. Semester 1 Final

Reflection This semester I have learned a lot. Like using Photoshop and Illustrator. I like Photoshop personally because it is a lot easier to learn and I like photography and editing my photos better than making graphics on Illustrator. My two favorite Photoshop projects have been one of the first ones we did, which is the "Nature Man" one. I also really liked the Panorama one. Nature Man For this project we were given a picture of this man and a bunch of nature pictures. We had to put them together by using clipping masks to create a "Nature man". I do not remember how long this took because we did this project at the beginning of the year. I had trouble just getting started and trying to decide what I wanted my vision for him to be. I honestly just played around with it until I made something I liked.
