So for this project I had to make a website that has my portfolio in. The first page has an elevator psych which is a short reason why you would be the best person for a job. Then the second page has my best projects on it.

What I Learned

In this project I learned many things. Like I learned how to use a new program called Dreamweaver. with this program you can make your own website. Within Dreamweaver I learned a little bit of coding. I also learned how to design a website lie with color, font etc. I also learned how to add properties, and how to use them. I also learned how to make embed links within my website.

My Thoughts

I thought I did pretty well on this project. There were no major problems that happened. What I would fix next time though is to pic/take a better profile picture and probably choose a better color scheme but besides that I think I did pretty well on this project. So overall this was actually a really fun project and web design might be a good option for next year.

Printing Process

Relief Relief printing process is when someone draws a picture into a wooden block or lithium metal. Then they use a roller that has ink all over it, then covers it with ink. Then they will put a piece of paper flat on the wooden or metal block. Then they use a roller to flatten out and press the paper on the carved block then you peel the paper off the block and then your done. You can carve the block by useing a chemical then drawing a sketch on a piece of paper then tracing it into the block with pen or sketch it out on the block and use different types of carving tools. Intaglio This print process starts with a plate of medal which goes through a cleaning process then it gets some ground applied which is a combo of asphalt and rosin then it is spread all over the surface of the medal plate. Semester 1 Final

Reflection This semester I have learned a lot. Like using Photoshop and Illustrator. I like Photoshop personally because it is a lot easier to learn and I like photography and editing my photos better than making graphics on Illustrator. My two favorite Photoshop projects have been one of the first ones we did, which is the "Nature Man" one. I also really liked the Panorama one. Nature Man For this project we were given a picture of this man and a bunch of nature pictures. We had to put them together by using clipping masks to create a "Nature man". I do not remember how long this took because we did this project at the beginning of the year. I had trouble just getting started and trying to decide what I wanted my vision for him to be. I honestly just played around with it until I made something I liked. I learned how to use photoshop a lot better like using those clipping masks to put more than 1 picture together to create just one picture. The feedback ...

Photoshop Challenge: Nature Man

About The Challenge My class was given a challenge to use a photo of a man and to use masks and blending modes to change for example his hair, clothes, background etc. One of the rules was that we had to keep his face seen. We were given different pictures to use or we could use ones that we found online but we are supposed to keep him nature oriented. Hence the title "Nature Man." The Process To be honest I had no I dealt what I wanted to do and I did not really have any inspiration at first. I just used the photos given and messed around with making masks and just seeing what I could come up with. Then I decided I was doing too much and that maybe I should try to keep it more simple. So I only changed the jacket with like ocean rocks then I wanted to make his hair cool but it never really worked out so I just skipped it.
