Logo Color Schemes

                                  Analogous

This logo uses the analogous colors of yellow, yellow green and green and I think the company probably chose those colors because it kind of looks like a plant and usually green makes you think of nature. 

The sprite logo uses the analogous colors of yellow, yellow green and green. I think this company chose those colors because green is the color of limes and green also goes good wit yellow which is the color of lemons.






Complementary

This logo has the complementary colors of yellow and purple and I think this company chose these colors because a basketball could be represented with the color yellow and purple is the complementary color for yellow. 




This logo has the complementary colors of orange and blue. I think the company chose these colors because Fanta is an orange flavored soda and blue is the complementary color that goes with orange. 




Warm 

This logo has the warm colors of red and yellow and I think this company used those colors because warm colors are a more appetizing color and make people hungry and want to eat. 







This logo uses the warm color red. I think the company chose this color because warm colors make people think of hot food and that makes people hungry. This even makes me hungry typing this out right now.




Cool



This logo uses the cool colors of blue and pink. I think the company used these colors because blue makes me think of cold things and pink makes me think of a sweet treat. 







This logo uses the cool color blue. I think they used this color because blue makes me feel refreshed and it makes me think of water. 




Monochromatic

This logo uses the Monochromatic colors of tint brown, brown and a shadow brown. I think this company used these colors because because brown is the color of root beer and they didn't want to use just one shade of brown.

This logo has the monochromatic colors of green,tinted green and shadowed green. I think they used these colors because earth and natural stuff is usually represented by green.



Triad 

This logo has the triad colors of red yellow and blue. I think they used these colors because red and yellow make people hungry and blue is another good color that goes with red and yellow.






This logo uses the triad colors of red,yellow and blue. I think they used these colors because blue makes me think of refreshing and red and yellow go with blue and they probably want to be different then their competition.

Graphic Design Final

My Favorite Projects Typography Graphic My 3rd favorite project was the typography projects. We found some of our favorite quotes that were meaningful to us and then made a graphic design out of it. The project took about 2 weeks. Some challenges I faced were just trying to find the right color schemes for each of my graphics. House Project

The Project So for this project we used sketchup and we had to make a model of a house we found on houseplans.com. This let us learn sketchup more and how to use different techiques in sketchup. The Process First we had to find a house then we had to look at the measurements of the house. I first just made a big block then I shaped it to look like my house. Then once I just got the shape of my house I added a porch and stairs. Then I started adding windows, doors and stuff like that. Then finally I looked back at my house and just tried to compared them and I added extra details that I forgot to do. Then after that I made an animation of giving a tour of my house.  I used this texture for my porch I used this texture for my house. Semester 1 Final

Reflection This semester I have learned a lot. Like using Photoshop and Illustrator. I like Photoshop personally because it is a lot easier to learn and I like photography and editing my photos better than making graphics on Illustrator. My two favorite Photoshop projects have been one of the first ones we did, which is the "Nature Man" one. I also really liked the Panorama one. Nature Man For this project we were given a picture of this man and a bunch of nature pictures. We had to put them together by using clipping masks to create a "Nature man". I do not remember how long this took because we did this project at the beginning of the year. I had trouble just getting started and trying to decide what I wanted my vision for him to be. I honestly just played around with it until I made something I liked.
